lol no worries, I fixed it for you Wink

I did everything! I had plans to exclusively pump, but I forgot to bring it to the hospital when I gave birth so I just ended up breastfeeding. I did it for almost 2 weeks before I couldn't take it all anymore. BFing is HARD and it's demanding but I give props to those who truck through it. Some women don't even have any problems - lucky them! Anyway I was relieved because I never wanted to BF in the first place but the pump wasn't giving me enough, even though I was engorged and leaking like crazy ALL The time. We formula feed now and life is good and sanity is great Smile haha.

I chose to formula feed..which turned out to be the best for her because the formula is more nourishing for her right now she was 4 weeks premature and needs as much nourishment as possible and in the first few weeks breastmilk isnt as nourishing..so formula is best when they come earlier especially when they have jaundice.

Woot woot 10 1/2 months! That's awesome you were able to BF after not being able to the first time.

I secretly wished that something wouldn't naturally work out so that I could feel less bad about quitting BFing but I had to just quit on my own, for the sake of my mind.. lol. It was a hard decision to make because of all the constant pressure from every angle around me but myself. When I finally got over everyone else and did what *I* needed to do I felt 13984023849343085 times better! And I still feel good Smile

oh hun dont be hard or down on yourself about not breastfeeding i felt the same way after i had arron and i was like you know what im not going to let this get me down, just cause i can't breast feed him and he has to be formula fed, doesnt mean im a bad mom cause im not, im just as good as the ones that breast feed and so are you she's beautiful, healthy and you've done a great job, dont let it get u down there's nothing wrong with formual feeding:)

Smile THANK you for that! That's sweet of you to say. And I have to say myself, I agree! I don't feel bad anymore and others don't make me feel guilty, the only thing they succeed in doing is pissing me off because they still TRY. Other people shouldn't care so much about other mommy's choices.
