I'm still a n00b on this forum, so if I'm doing this post reply stuff wrong, please tell me.

My dad had to be the very hardest person to tell. Not because I was living under his roof or he was finacially supporting me.It was because we had a difficult relationship since my Mom died when I was 13.When we did tell him we were expecting, he was totally chill, and fine about everything.

I'm sorry about your mom -- but that's really good about your dad! I know what it is like to be so nervous and then it's almost for nothing because when you tell someone they AREN'T screaming or crying, you know? How does your dad act about it now? He's in love with your daughter isn't he Smile

Aww it's ok about my Mom, it sucks, but I had to deal. Anyway, my Dad got Ameerah gifts and stuff when she was born, and he was at the hospital when I had Ameerah. He loves her, but is SOOO busy with work (he works at Harborview hospital in Seattle) he has only seen her twice since she was born.My in-laws are WAY WAY more involved with Ameerah. They see her almost everyday! Surprised

But he makes alot of money, so it great for him! He offered Waleed a job up there at the hospital, and I'm REALLY hoping that Waleed takes it.
