how long does very little sleep keep you refreshed enough throughout the day??
i get a little sleep but regret doing so once i wake up cause meds or no meds i wake up in PAIN it sucks so bad. i would rather stay up then lay down and resent having to get back up..
anyway anyone else have trouble sleeping and have alot of pain right now that prevents good sleeping?

Oh I had one hell of a time getting up the first weekish. The first nights in the hospital were awful I had to keep asking the nurses who came in to put her back in the bassinet so I could get up to pee or something it SUCKED.

And you will soon realize that getting no sleep, will not keep you refreshed long at all lol. I STILL haven't caught up and it's been 4 weeks now. It does get better though, but it's gotta get worse first.
